Cacao and Crystals
An amazing, fun filled workshop for the whole family hosted by Tess and James.
This immersive workshop blends the ancient wisdom of ceremonial cacao with the transformative energy of crystals.
The idea is to create a sacred space for heart-centered healing, self-discovery, and connection.
Participants will explore the synergy between these two powerful tools, unlocking deeper intuition, emotional release, and spiritual alignment.
Ceremonial cacao
Participants get to understand the history, origins and benefits of ceremonial cacao.
They’ll get to learn and practice how to sample cacao, what’s the difference between ceremonial and organic, why is she classed as a superfood, why she’s a heart opener, what are the derivatives of the cacao bean (from wind and beer, to honey and beyond) whilst getting drink a lovingly prepared, organic cacao elixir.
Crystal Energy Work:
Tess will introduce participants to the healing properties of crystals, focusing on stones like rose quartz (unconditional love), clear quartz (amplification), and amethyst (spiritual awareness). Each participant get to choose crystals to work with during the session.
Topics such as crystal grids, cleansing and charging, how to meditate with and some basics around crystal healing will be covered.
Guided Meditation and Intention Setting
Participants will be led on a guided meditation which will help participants attune to the energies of cacao and crystals, setting personal intentions for whatever they feel.
