Cacao and Workout
With this workshop we’re changing the way that workouts are approached.
Instead of just going to the gym and hitting the running machine or going to the Weights section and banging out a load of sets. What if workouts were more intentional and mindful?
With this workshop, we utilise the benefits of cacao to maximise the output of our training sessions.
Cacao benefits include being a superfood, a heart opener, a natural energy boost and more
Cacao is a superfood because she’s full of fibre, protein, potassium, manganese, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and other minerals. Obviously these are great for workouts.
Cacao has a little bit of caffeine, but also theobroma, aka the sister of caffeine and provides an amazing, natural energy boost without the severe highs and dips of caffeine. With theobroma you will get a small increase in energy and then plateau for a sustained length of time
As cacao is also a vascular dilator She’s great for opening the heart. This helps us to connect on a deeper level, allowing us to set intentions and create mindful workout experiences.
The workouts can be anything for an intense calisthenics workout to a gentle restorative yoga flow and be adapted for kids so that can be a family experience.
